Bitterbrush Seed Collection with the HRWMA
Date: Late June or early July
Time: 6pm (tentative Start Time)
Location: Boise Foothills (we will contact participates with meeting location)

Join the Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association as we collect bitterbrush seed in the Boise Foothills for habitat restoration projects. Bitterbrush is crucial food source for deer and elk as well as important habitat for native birds, rabbits and reptiles. We will head into the foothills in the evening to hit bitterbrush bushes with rackets and catch the seed as it falls. The date of the event will be determined as the seed ripens. We expect a weekday evening in late June or early July.

Contact mailto:info@hrwma.org  to sign up to volunteer. We will keep you posted on date & time.
