Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation AssociationThe Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association (HRWMA) was established to mitigate adverse impacts to wildlife by implementing the Harris Ranch Wildlife Impact Assessment and Management Plan (Mitigation Plan). The Mitigation Plan was adopted into Boise City Code in 2007 for the planned community at Harris Ranch. HRWMA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, governed by a Board of Directors and funded in part by a Conservation Fund established in the Mitigation Plan. The Conservation FundThe Mitigation Plan establishes a Conservation Fund to fund the implementation of the Wildlife Mitigation Plan in perpetuity. It consists of three types of Wildlife Mitigation Fees:
