Well it's that time of year again.   The days are getting longer, trees are budding and we're ready to get planting some silver sage seedlings!   This year we will be continuing our efforts in habitat restoration on Hammer Flat following the fire damage from two years ago.  The plan this year is to hand plant approximately 5,000 silver sage seedlings along a vegetated fire break (aka "green strip") that we've installed last month. 

Date/Time:  March 14, 9:00 - 4:00 pm

Location:  Hammer Flat.  We will meet at the Lower Highland Valley trailhead and hike up to the planting site
