Volunteer to Monitor Kestrel Boxes

Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association is starting a project to monitor the declining population of kestrels.  We need 4 families to volunteer to monitor Kestrel Boxes during spring and summer 2016.

Kestrel Boxes need to be checked weekly starting at the end of March when nesting season begins.

Kestrels are North America’s smallest, and most colorful falcon species. Their prey includes grasshoppers, mice, lizards, and small snakes.
