Join us to learn about phenology and climate change research. Phenology is the study of seasonal changes in plants and animals, and citizen science can help track these seasonal changes in relation to climate change. Caitlin Rushlow and Ben Soderquist,graduate students at Idaho State University and the University of Idaho, and current instructors at the McCall Outdoor Science School in McCall, will talk about research they have been doing both locally in the Owyhees south of Boise, and in the far north ofArctic Alaska.To get to the Jim Foothills Learning Center, take 8th Street north through Boise's North End. From the end of the pavement go 1/3 mile farther.
