The Boise foothills are an amazing place to live and explore. The area is also home to the Great Basin Rattlesnake and furbearing hunting traps. This class offered by the Harris Ranch Wildlife Mitigation Association and Idaho Fish & Game will teach you what to be aware of outdoors. We will learn about where rattlesnakes are found and how to react safely if you come across rattlesnakes. We will also learn what to do if you, or your pet, find or are caught in a hunting trap. Idaho Fish and Game will bring various types of traps to show how to recognize and avoid traps and how to release yourself or a pet if caught in a trap and while out on walks.
