June Birding on the Bethine and Litter Pick-Up

                     Birding on the Bethine and Litter Patrol

                                    ~ An early  Sunday morning activity!                                                  Come and join the Golden Eagle Audubon Society bird walk along the Bethine Church Nature Trail walking downriver, birding as we go, and then pick up whatever bits of litter we find on the way back. Birds abound in the pond river and riparian wooded habitat. Expect to see songbirds, waterfowl, woodpeckers, herons and kingfishers. ~

Birding is usually finished around noon. Bring water, binocs and a plastic grocery bag, in case trash is discovered, it’s usually minimal, No public restrooms are available.  Please be advised this is good hiking distance on the greenbelt. Please note that weather conditions may postpone the birding walk.
