WHAT: CMS, or cold, moist stratification, is the process of improving germination by exposing seeds to winter conditions. This assures that they'll be ready to wake in the spring. Many native plants require CMS. Join the Idaho Native Plant Society and Golden Eagle Audubon to learn tricks for the best CMS success! You will bring home a potted container with native seeds that is ready to be placed outside! Registration is required so that we have adequate supplies. This class will be taught by Diane Jones, owner of Draggin' Wing Native Nursery in Boise.
