Trout Unlimited: Fall Cleanup Project

Join our partner, Trout Unlimited Fall Project at Marianne Williams Park

When: 10/3/26 - 9 AM to 12 PM

Where: Meet at Marianne Williams Parking Lot

Host: Trout Unlimited (TU)

WHAT: We have a volunteer project with the City of Boise to do some restoration and maintenance work on our Trout Unlimited Adopt-A-Habitat area – located next to Marianne Williams Park. 

• We are looking for 25 people so please sign up early.
• This is a kid friendly project & will walk 1/8 mile to the project site
• The date is Saturday Oct 3rd.  Start time at 9:00 am.   We should be finished by 11:30 to 12:30. 
• Location:  Marianne Williams Park located in east Boise.  We'll meet in the parking lot. Their are heated restrooms at this location.

Main tasks:

1.   Remove houndstooth, bull thistle and spotted knapweed. A plant specialist will provide additional details. 

2.   We will be picking up the trash that has accumulated over the summer.

3.   All trash will be carried back to the parking lot for disposal.
